Sommelier, FRENCH LE CHENE, Chorakukan

• ◆Takumi Suzuki
  Through café/restaurant service, he became fascinated by the marriage of wine and food and became a sommelier.
  My favorite wines are Champagne, aged Madeira and noble rot wines.
  French, as well as Japanese and orange wines are his specialty.
• ◆Taira Uemura
  His specialty is French and Italian wines.
  My favorite grape varieties are Pinot Noir, which is elegant, and Sangiovese, which has a contrasting flavor.
  The mission is "to communicate food culture, history, and manners to a wider audience through wine and food.
